Valentines day is a day when you look around you and you choose to value your close friends and family. Some times we tend to just (for me) go to school, normal routine, not going out of our way to impact our fellow class mates, family members and even friends in a positive way. I know for one that some days I just want to shut out the world and be by myself. On those days the glass is definitely half empty.
When that we shut ourselves out and grumble, complain, argue, I'm human too. No one is perfect. That is why we need to constantly look to our heavenly Father and ask Him daily for help to see the beautiful, creative and unique side of others who tend to get under your skin. We need to ask Him for patience to get through the day and to find the best in others.
"DO not speak evil against one another, brothers. The one who speaks against a brother or judges his brother, speaks evil against the law and judges the law. But if you judge the law, you are not a doer of the law but a judge. There is only one lawgiver and judge, he who is able to save and to destroy. But who are you to judge your neighbor?" - James 4:11-12
