Laughter is the physiological response to humor. Laughter consists of two parts -- a set of gestures and the production of a sound. When we laugh, the brain pressures us to conduct both those activities simultaneously. When we laugh heartily, changes occur in many parts of the body, even the arm, leg and trunk muscles. For myself, this involves loosing my balance and capsizing in a heap onto the floor. Laughter is a way that I express myself. I tend to laugh A LOT and I just can't hold it back! Laughter is an exclamation of joy and excitement and pretty much every other feeling for me. I am an extrovert. I love people and talking and just being me!
